Jim Hopper
President & CEO

Represents industry views & interests before state legislative & regulatory agencies. Coordinates with officers, board of directors and contract lobbyist.  Serves as industry spokesperson and coordinates with National Restaurant Association on federal issues and events.

Patti Colley
Executive Vice President

Responsible for Strategic Partnership Program, marketing of endorsed programs; and directs ORA meetings and events. Also serves as Executive Vice President to the Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association.

Debra Bailey
Deputy Director/Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for fiscal management of the association, directs staff activities, office operations, and communicates with officers, board members and contract lobbyist as needed. Also serves as CEO to the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association.

 

Anita Austin
Education Coordinator

Maintains educational records and member lending library, schedules and tracks training attendance. Also coordinates and tracks all OH&LA, EI and Unlimited Training Library orders and commissions.

Christie Brewer
Manager, Hospitality Career Initiative

Directs the Hospitality Career Initiative (HCI, workforce development) program by working with high schools, career techs, and correctional facilities to implement foodservice and lodging education; works to provide job placement and mentoring activities within the industry. Supports initiatives of the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation.

 

 

Linda Etherton
Manager, Meetings & Events

Manages ORA meetings and events including convention booth sales/invoicing, logistics and exhibitor relations. Responsible for OH&LA meeting and event activities. Provides administrative assistance to Director, Strategic Programs & Events.

Collin Graham
Director, Membership

Primary contact for industry as it relates to member enrollment, retention, research and discount program enrollment. Responsible for Member Services Representatives and assists Director, Education with training.

Rick Hughes
Director, Education

Primary trainer of members on Alcohol Compliance Education (ACE), proper food handling (ServSafe®) and other industry service-related programs.  Supports initiatives of the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation.

Marketta Johnson
Service Center Coordinator

Runs and maintains all print and mailroom equipment, which facilitates member communication and fulfillment.

Debbie Medina
Help Desk Coordinator

Answers phones, tracks registration, prepares deposits/payables, helps maintain databases and responsible for preparing and maintaining membership sales packets.

Shannon Moad
Industry Communications Representative

Responsible for initiating and maintaining communications, including public relations and advertising. Responsible for ORA and OH&LA newsletters and web sites.

Chandy Stout
Administrative Assistant

Manages all shipping and billing of Sonic book distribution, is responsible for accounts receivable, and is assistant to the Education Coordinator and Director of Education.

Contract Lobbyist

Represents industry issues at state capitol and state agencies.

Sarah Vejil
Administrative, Meetings & Events Coordinator

Responsible for accounts payable. Contact for all board meeting attendance and set up; and assists with record maintenance and communication. Works in coordination to support the meetings/events department.


Debbie Weiss
Manager, Member Care

Manages member fulfillment including member and non-member databases, dues billings and collection, retention programs and endorsed partner lead relations.
