 OH&LA InnSider Newsletter Advertising Opportunities
The OH&LA produces a members-only electronic newsletter. This bi-monthly electronic newsletter will be sent to approximately 300 OH&LA members with valid email addresses. Electronic newsletter advertising opportunities are available, with the following specifications:
2010 Deadlines
• January 15, 2010 (for February 2010 newsletter)
• March 12, 2010 (for April 2010 newsletter)
• May 14, 2010 (for June 2010 newsletter)
• July 16, 2010 (for August 2010 newsletter)
• September 17, 2010 (for October 2010 newsletter)
• November 12, 2010 (for December 2010 newsletter)
Mechanical Requirements
• All ads must be 300 pixels wide by 250 pixels high
• All ads must be in GIF, Animated GIF (3-loop maximum), or JPEG format
• All ads must have a minimum of a 1-pixel border
Pricing
For OH&LA Members -
• $250 per ad
• $300 per ad with link-through to advertiser's website, or
Purchase 5 ads and get the 6th for free:
• $1250 per year
• $1500 per year with link-through to advertiser's website
For Non-Members -
• $500 per ad
• $550 per ad with link-through to advertiser's website, or
Purchase 5 ads and get the 6th for free:
• $2500 per year
• $2750 per year with link-through to advertiser's website
Want to become a member and get the reduced rate?
All-inclusive members receive 2 ads for free, with issue selection at the advertiser's discretion. All-inclusive member ads must meet above guidelines.
Ad Acceptance
All advertising is subject to the approval of the publisher. Ads may be submitted on disk (OH&LA, attn: Shannon Moad, 3800 N. Portland, Oklahoma City, OK 73112) or via email. OH&LA does not pay agency discounts. All first-time ads must be prepaid. Thereafter, accounts are net 30 days. Ads will not continue to be published if accounts are past due. OH&LA reserves the right to adjust print dates where applicable.
