Our member communications will keep you up to date! Join our mailing list today. Members can access past issues of our bi-weekly email blast, The Concierge, and our electronic newsletter, The ORA InnSider, by logging in to the Members Area. 
 

The OH&LA's bi-weekly email blast, The Concierge, is the association’s newest communication tool as of 2018. Every other Wednesday, members receive an email summarizing top-priority events, programs, education opportunities, and other important news.

The newsletter is distributed to over 500 industry professionals statewide and is our prime source for dispersing time-sensitive information. Exclusive Partnerships are available to members-only and have first right of refusal on renewing the following year.

Join us on Sept 25th for our education session to prepare our managers and supervisors on how to work with employees with all abilities! HospitAbilities is a skills-based certification for students of all abilities. Through this certification program, we will be assisting in training and certifying students of all levels of ability across our state.

Lodging and tourism professionals and industry suppliers are invited to join the OH&LA Board of Directors for an OH&LA Member Event to discuss industry issues and formulate association activities via Committee Meetings. These discussions will be followed by the STR 2019 Forecasting Luncheon, in partnership with STR and presented by Vail Ross, CMHS, Senior Vice President of Global Business Development & Marketing, and conclude with the OH&LA Board of Directors meeting. Only OH&LA members may attend and vote at committee meetings.

OKWIL is excited to bring you our next event on October 2, 2019. We will be holding a Community Outreach Day at The Homeless Alliance in Oklahoma City. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to our community! The Homeless Alliance works to end long-term homelessness in Oklahoma City by building the capacity of the community through collaboration with other agencies, identifying and filling gaps in homeless services, bringing nationally-recognized best practices to the community, and working to build a system that is more efficient and caring!
OKWIL Event: The Gift of "Done!"

On May 30th, we had a great time at our OKWIL Event: Finish: Giving Yourself the Gift of Done! Thirty of our members enjoyed learning from Bonnie Ann Cain-Wood on how to complete tasks at work efficiently, without adding additional pressure to their lives. Chronic projects starters learned about the importance of removing pressure from their projects, so they can ultimately finish and improve their overall productivity. We enjoyed seeing all of you, and look forward to our next OKWIL event!
