Our Member Lending Library is full of educational resources to give managers and employees the tools they need to succeed. As an association, we strive to provide up-to-date, comprehensive and cost effective materials and services to our members. Whether your goal is to increase profits, improve customer satisfaction or just enhance your professional skills, the OH&LA's Member Lending Library is for you!

We invite you to look through our collection of reading material, workbooks, and videos, and use these items to train yourself and your staff.
