Represents industry views & interests before state legislative & regulatory agencies. Coordinates with officers, board of directors and contract lobbyist. Serves as industry spokesperson and coordinates with American Hotel & Lodging Association on federal issues and events. Also serves as President & CEO for the Oklahoma Restaurant Association.
Executive Vice President
Facilitates OH&LA Board of Directors communications, activities and maintains corporate documents. Manages association meetings, events and partnerships. Directs activities surrounding development of preferred member programs. Serves on the American Hotel & Lodging Association Executive Committee. Also serves as Director, Strategic Programs & Events for the Oklahoma Restaurant Association.
Deputy Director/Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for fiscal management of the association, directs staff activities, office operations, and communicates with officers, board members and contract lobbyist as needed. Also serves as CEO for the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association.

Help Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities include answering phones, member communication, entry level bookkeeping, and data entry.
Manager, Training & Accounting
Manages all ServSafe sanitation training classes and other educational training opportunities and materials. Also manages accounts receivable.
Manages OH&LA and OKWIL meeting and event activities including the OH&LA Vendor Expo. Also serves as Convention Manager for the Oklahoma Restaurant Convention & Expo.
Primary contact for industry as it relates to member enrollment, retention, research and discount program enrollment. Assists Director, Education with training.
Coordinator, Sonic/ServSafe and Registration
Maintains all records for Sonic ServSafe classes and coordinates Alcohol Compliance Education “ACE” training classes. Coordinates event registration.
Manager, Industry Communications
Initiates and manages all industry communications including OH&LA publications, web, public relations and advertising.
Director, Education & Student Programs
Directs Hospitality Student programs including Hospitality Tourism Management Program and ProStart, nationally recognized culinary and hospitality certifications in high schools and technology centers within the state, as well as OSU HRAD. Works to provide job placement and mentoring activities within the industry. Is the primary point of contact on activities involving the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation.
Represents industry issues at state capitol and state agencies.
Director, Member Care
Manages member fulfillment including member and non-member databases, dues billings and collection, retention programs, research and endorsed partner relations.
