The Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association provides many opportunities for education, networking, and entertainment. Our committees work hard to plan events featuring top speakers, hot topics, and broad appeal. As we address the ever-changing needs of the industry, the OH&LA reserves the right to put health and safety measures in place for the safety of our members and attendees, which might also include revisions to our annual meetings, events, and activities. Annually, OKWIL partners with a local charitable organization to hold a community outreach day - providing a great opportunity for members to give back to our community!

2021: TBA Virtual
The Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association's annual Lodging Summit is our most exciting event of the year. This year, the event will be held virtually allowing even more members to participate and hear more about the state of Oklahoma's lodging industry, how the industry has been affected by the pandemic when a rebound is expected and what support may well be on the horizon for the hospitality industry. This year's event will take place over two days and the key components of the event include the association's Annual Meeting and Board of Directors meetings where our new Board of Directors is elected, and our prestigious Stars of the Industry Awards. The Summit also features keynote speaker Chip Rogers, President & CEO of the American Hotel & Lodging Association who will provide an overview of the industry from a U.S. perspective. No doubt, 2020 will be memorable because of its tremendous devastation and difficulty, but much was learned from our experiences as well. We encourage you to join us for this virtual event to help lead Oklahoma's lodging industry to recovery and success in 2021.
Our usual January Vendor Expo will now take place on September 7 in OKC.

Twice a year the HospitAbilities program hosts testing days at the Francis Tuttle Technology Center in Oklahoma City to certify students. Volunteer evaluators will often scope out potential candidates on testing days to see who would fit best with their current work culture. Consider volunteering on one of our testing days or reach out to Theresa Martin for more information.
Hosted in both Tulsa and Oklahoma City, this annual event includes an amazing five-course meal cooked by Chefs and Oklahoma ProStart students. It's two nights filled with fun, style and amazing food!

2020 was an incredibly challenging year for the lodging industry. One that required the OHLA to transition the January Lodging Summit into a virtual event. As a result, we have now included the much anticipated Vendor Expo as a part of our Summer membership event. And let's face it, by September we'll all be looking to make those personal connections once again! The day will begin with an exploration of the OHLA Vendor Expo, followed by our annual STR Forecasting Luncheon, and concludes with the OHLA Board of Directors Meeting.
