Alcohol Compliance Education (ACE)

Did you know that your business, yourself, and your staff may be held liable if an intoxicated guest leaves your establishment and causes an accident? Serving alcohol can leave a business and its employees vulnerable, and the Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association wants to help protect you. 

The OH&LA and its members actively support responsible alcohol service, and have developed an Alcohol Compliance Education program (ACE), which promotes the responsible marketing, serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages. 

ACE is a comprehensive training program that is approved by the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE). Since the implementation of these programs, hundreds of restaurants, hotels, convenience store operators, and clubs have participated in our Alcohol Compliance Education Program. Their employees benefit from this type of continuing education, and their customers appreciate the concern for their safety.

Our instructors are available to conduct two-hour seminars at your site or at our facility. We will teach 15 or more of your staff and provide them with a wallet-size card as well as a Compliance Certificate for your business.

The fee for the class starts at $400 for OH&LA Members and $600 for non-members, plus mileage (outside the Metro area) @ $.55 per mile, and hotel and meal expenses, if applicable.
